Plans and limits
What each plan includes, what counts toward its limits, and what happens when you change plans.
Metascheduler has three plans. Shopify bills them, and they appear on your Shopify bill. Prices are in US dollars, per store, per month.

What counts
- Active schedules are the ones Scheduled or Live. Drafts, paused, ended and archived schedules don't count, so you can plan as many as you like.
- Items per change are the products, variants, entries or other items one change lists.
When you reach a limit, the editor tells you, with See plans.
Change your plan
Open Settings > Plan and select Change plan. Shopify shows the plans and handles the trial and the charge. Metascheduler picks up the new plan when you next open Settings, and within the hour either way.
- Upgrading starts as soon as you approve it in Shopify.
- Downgrading from a paid plan to Free takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
When your plan covers less
If your plan no longer covers a schedule (it repeats, it uses prices or policies, it lists too many items, or you have more active schedules than the plan allows), Metascheduler pauses it, newest first, and tells you in Needs you:
- Nothing is deleted.
- Anything live still reverts at its end time.
- Resume a paused schedule when your plan covers it again.
