## Frequently asked questions

### How does the free trial work?

Extra and Unlimited start with a 7-day free trial. Shopify runs the trial and the billing, so you're not charged if you change plans or uninstall before it ends.

### What counts as an active schedule?

A schedule that's scheduled or live. Drafts, paused, ended and archived schedules don't count, so you can plan as many as you like.

### What happens if I change to a smaller plan?

Schedules the new plan doesn't cover are paused, and each one shows in Needs you. Anything live still reverts at its end time, and nothing is deleted. Resume them when your plan covers them again.

### Who bills me?

Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify bill, and you change or cancel your plan from the app's settings.

### Why are prices in US dollars?

Shopify lists app prices in US dollars. Your Shopify bill shows the charge in your billing currency.
