Metascheduler adds a **Schedule a change** action and an **Upcoming changes** block to resource pages in your Shopify admin, so you can schedule a quick change from where you are.

## Schedule a change

### 1. Open the action

On a product, variant or collection page, open **More actions** and select **Schedule a change**. On the products list, select products first, then choose **Schedule a change** from the actions.

### 2. Choose the change

What you can change depends on the page:

| Page | Changes |
| --- | --- |
| Product | Status, Sales channels, Price, Tags, Metafield |
| Variant | Price, Metafield |
| Collection | Sales channels, Metafield |
| Products list | Status, Price, Tags on every selected product |

A price change from a product applies to all its variants. Turn on **Show the current price as the compare-at price** to show it as on sale.

### 3. Choose the timing

Under **Timing**, choose **Keep the change** (it changes once and stays) or **Change it back at an end time** (it reverts at the end). Times are in your store's time zone.

### 4. Schedule it

Give it a name, or keep the one suggested, and select **Schedule**. It's created already scheduled, and you'll find it on your Metascheduler calendar.

> **Need more?**
>
> Select **More options in Metascheduler** to open the full editor with what you've filled in, for repeats, following a rollout, or several changes at once.

If the change needs access the app doesn't have yet, the action says so and offers **Grant access**.

## See what's coming

Add the **Upcoming changes** block to a product or collection page: in the admin, use **Add block** on the page and pin it. It shows up to 5 live or upcoming schedules that change that item (for a product, its variants too), with when each starts and changes back, and a link to see them all in Metascheduler.

Plan limits apply to schedules made from the admin, the same as in the app.
